Founded in 2015 in San Francisco, Outer Shell designs high-quality cycling and bikepacking bags with a function-forward approach, backcountry-ready durability, and a clean, minimalist aesthetic.

Each product is built for versatility, durability, and repairability, using weatherproof construction and responsibly sourced materials. All bags are handmade in-house at their San Francisco workshop. Outer Shell is Climate Neutral Certified and a proud member of 1% for the Planet, reflecting a strong commitment to environmental responsibility.
