SHIPPING, RETURNS & PAYMENTS

Shipping
We offer a flat fee of AUD $10 for all deliveries within Australia. We offer free freight for purchases over $100 under one single invoice

We also offer a flat postal fee of AUD $30 for North American shipments

We recommend that you use a shipping address where someone will be able to receive the goods during business hours. Couriers cannot deliver parcels to PO Boxes

We can also offer Express Post. Please contact us at info@ilikeyourbike-shop.com with information on the products you would like to order and the quantities, as well as your post code for a quote

Once payment for your order is cleared we generally pick, pack and send on the same day. In general deliveries are met within 5-7 working days. Please note these are only expected deliveries times and delays may occur with Postal and Courier services. We use Australia Post for all of our deliveries

Upon dispatch your parcel, we will email you an AusPost tracking number, and you can use their online tracking tool to keep watch of your delivery


Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and you may return or exchange any product within 30 days of the date of receipt. Please see below for instructions for retuning product

The products must be returned new, unused, in original packaging with all tags attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and we have the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if the item is not in its original condition

The return postage is at your cost and the credit will be for the item only (of your purchased price)

If you would like to return an item please read the below instructions carefully:

Submit the request to info@ilikeyourbike-shop.com with your name, contact number, address, a copy of your receipt of the product you would like to return and a photo of the product. We will send you a reference number for your request within 24 hours during business day. You can then include the reference number with our confirmation email in your parcel and send it to the address below.

Returns of faulty goods
Goods are considered faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 14 days of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty

You will receive a full refund (including original shipping cost) if the item cannot be repaired or replaced

If you would like to return an item please read the below instructions carefully:
Submit the request to info@ilikeyourbike-shop.com with your name, contact number, address, a copy of your receipt of the product you would like to return and a photo of the product. We will send you a reference number for your request and a reply paid satchel within 36 hours during business days. You can then include the reference number with our confirmation email in the reply paid satchel and send it to the address below.
