Shipping

We offer free shipping Australia wide for purchases of AUD$90 and more under one single invoice. A flat fee of $10 AUD for all deliveries within Australia under 5kg on purchases under AUD$90. Express Post option is also available as you check out

We also offer free shipping to all international orders over $250 AUD

We don't offer free shipping on bikes or bike frames

The shipping rates displayed below are estimates only and are based on TNT freight pricing

Once you place your bike frame order, we'll calculate the most accurate shipping cost based on your delivery address and email you a separate shipping invoice

If you'd like to know the shipping cost before placing your order, simply email us with:

  • Your delivery address
  • The bike frame you'd like to purchase

We'll provide a personalised shipping quote before you complete your purchase.

Please note that shipping costs are not included in the bike frame purchase price. A separate shipping invoice will be emailed to you after your order is placed. Your bike frame will be carefully packed and dispatched once payment for both the bike frame and the shipping invoice has been received

If you are not from a country designated for shipping from our site, please contact us and we can work out the shipping costs for you

We recommend that you use a shipping address where someone will be able to receive the goods during business hours 

Once payment for your order is cleared, we generally pick, pack and send within 48 hours. In general, deliveries are met within 5-7 working days in Australia metro areas. Please note these are only expected deliveries times and delays may occur with Postal and Courier services. We use Australia Post for all of our package deliveries

Once we have dispatched your order, we will email you an AusPost tracking number, and you can use their online tracking tool to keep watch of your delivery


Returns - All products excluding bikes and bike frames

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and you may return or exchange any product within 30 days of the date of receipt. Please see below for instructions for retuning products

The products must be returned new, unused, in original packaging with all tags attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and we have the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if the item is not in its original condition

We’re happy to cover your return shipping cost if your item is faulty, and we’ll either send you a replacement at no extra cost or offer you a refund or a store credit (at your purchase price of the product) — whichever you prefer. (Goods are considered faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault)

If you're returning an item because you've changed your mind or it’s not quite right for your needs and fits, we’ll still gladly accept the return, and we kindly ask that you cover the return shipping cost

Once you have decided to return an item, please submit the request to info@ilikeyourbike-shop.com with the following information, 

  • Your full name
  • Email address
  • Contact number
  • Name of the item you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • A copy of your receipt
  • Relevant photos of the fault or damage (if applicable)

We will send you a confirmation for your request within 48 hours during business days with instructions for the return. Please do not return the product until you receive a confirmation from us

 

Returns - Faulty, Damaged or Incorrectly Supplied Bikes

If your bike arrives faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, we'll take care of it — including covering all return shipping costs

Please initiate your return within 10 days of receiving your bike.

Returns - Change of mind on your bike and bike frame purchase
We do not accept change of mind returns or exchanges on bikes. We encourage you to reach out to us before purchasing if you have any questions as there's nothing more rewarding than helping you to find the right bike that you can enjoy
